Acupressure massage is adapted from Shiatsu,
a hands on Japanese form of bodywork. The word
shiatsu means "finger pressure"
No oils are used, the massage is received fully clothed while sitting in a specially designed chair.

The massage sequence includes the back, shoulders, hips, neck, arms, hands and head – Targeting the areas most susceptible to tension.
There are specific acupressure points (or Potent Points) that can be activated along twelve major meridians, using palms, thumbs, knuckles or elbows. Certain pressure points may feel tender, which some people describe as "good pain."
If you feel any discomfort during the treatment, tell me and I will adjust the pressure so that it is comfortable for you. It does not have to hurt to bring benefits!
I offer two options:
Option 1: a 30 minute Acupressure Chair Massage*
costs £ 15 & works on back, shoulders, neck, head, arms and hips. I use fingers, palms, thumbs and elbows to release knots and allow energy (chi) to flow through the body.
It will leave you feeling relaxed but also invigorated at the same time.

Option 2: a 50 minute Energy Boost Session,costs £ 25* and will include:
Muscle testing to check if your energies are reversed (Chronic stress and negative thoughts can play havoc on our system).

An Acupressure Chair massage lasting 30 minutes, working on Back, Shoulders, neck, head, arms and hips, releasing tension and stress stored in the body.
