Solutions to improve Your Life

Get rid of Traumas, PTSD, phobias with this new Software using Eye Movement Desensitisation. One to one sessions to flush out traumatic memories, nightmares, flashbacks

What Happens  Before a session?

I offer a 30 minute free consultation where you can ask any questions about my approach to therapy and we can assess your suitability for Eye Pattern Desensitisation.

What Happens During a session?

If we both agree and confirm there are no known contra-indications to starting your treatment, you will be ask to fill in a questionnaire (paper or online). This is to helps us prepare the ground in order to make the sessions as effective as possible.

Working from the data collected earlier on, we will target specific events,

situations, either from the past or from current circumstances, that are

limiting you in any way.

Using a specifically designed software, working on bilateral stimulations (visual, auditory and tactile) we will desensitise your old ways of thinking and behaving and replace them with ones more appropriate to your present situation.

I work on attaining specific, measurable outcomes for each session. My approach might incorporate some of the following:

Tactile units

Costs & number of sessions

If we agree that eye pattern desensitisation is the right way forward, my aim is then to allow that change as quickly as possible and in a permanent way.

This is why I offer a minimum of two sessions* which can then be followed by additional sessions as and if needed.

The first  two sessions  cost £120 in total

They last  90 minutes each

Any follow up sessions cost either:

   £40 for 60 min session

   £50 for 90 min session

We will communicate between sessions, either via email or phone call. You must agree to keep some form of diary/ notes in between sessions and bring them at your next appointment.
